[fpc-pascal] ExtractFilePath and \ as pathdelim

Hi all,
 
ExtractFilePath and ExtractFileDir stops at last '/','\', so it treats the
normal character \ as path delimiter under Unix.

Is there a RTL function that handles the \ as normal character?
