Thanks, that seems to fix that problem for Windows.

Some more things though:
- $(fpcdir)\utils\fpdoc\fpdoc.exe does not seem to be created (Windows)
- $(fpcdir)/bin/x86_64-linux/fpcmkcfg does not seem to be created (Linux
x64)

(All found using fpcup)
