Your reply made me suspicious. So I checked, you are of course right; 
I don't know what package I was thinking about when sending my initial reply.

Hm. Yes, we should move it for the time being.
The original idea was that each package would have its own documentation included.
fpmake can handle the build, but not yet the install.
