[fpc-pascal] is there a ready to use FPC Cross compiler x86-Linux -> MIPS-linux?

Thanks for the prompt reply.
I did "make all ...." and after many lines of messages, the last few are:
make: mipsel-linux-as: command not found
make: *** [prt0.o] Error 127
make: Leavning directory '/home/dennis/fpc/rtl/linux'
make: *** [build-stamp.mipsel-linus] Error 2
