I don't think so. Don't think you can log to message window at all.

But debugger has an event window. You can set breakpoints, that do not 
stop. And they can log to dbg event window, including evaluating ONE 
expression (watch). They can alos take a snapshot of all watches and top 
5 stack frames (history window)
