[fpc-pascal] Standard exceptions

Hello,

while porting software from .NET to FreePascal I am looking for some 
exceptions for recurrent errors. For example:

ArgumentException, ArgumentNullException, ArgumentOutOfRangeException

Is there a unit which defines those exceptions?
