[fpc-pascal] TEventLog rewrite the log file

Hello,

I've started using the TEventLog class and it seems to rewrite any existed
content of the log file instead of append it.
The code uses fmCreate, so I do not understand why it rewrite the content.
is it a bug, or am I missing something ?
