[fpc-pascal] Bridging FPC and Delphi

become Delphi compatible, when Free Pascal had generics support
*before* Delphi did. Maybe Delphi should become more Free Pascal
compatible."

I've preemptively disabled this argument so many times in the past. It's
become passe.
