[fpc-pascal] Forum merger

I would be interested in this project.  I have done web development with
free pascal (using uncgi way back when and synapse recently).

Is there a lead or project admin for this?  I don't have the time for that
responsibility at the moment but would definitely be able to help with all
the stages (from design to end maintenance) of the project.
