What exactly does that mean? In Lazarus I can go "File > New... > Library"

Ah, so this is a similar issue to Free Pascal using C++ libraries like Qt?
Where the Qt header translation had to flatten all Objects and methods.
Um, you really would have thought Object Oriented Programming would be more
usable (reusable code) than that. :-)
