[fpc-pascal] Advantages page in website

Because it was written in a quite personal and confrontational style,  
but nevertheless presented as a common view of the entire FPC team.  
Some people, me in particular, did not like that. I do not consider  
such a page worth spending time on either, but since some people do  
think it is quite important to have I only started a discussion about  
it when someone posted this link to the fpc-pascal list: http://www.screamingduck.com/Article.php?ArticleID=43&Show=ABCE

I proposed to either replace the advantages page with a link to that  
page, or to remove it entirely. Some of the developers did not like  
linking to that page (since we don't control it, and not everyone  
agree with everything in that article either). So the page was removed.
