[fpc-pascal] svn_types.inc(432,73) Error: ; expected, but psvn_error_t found

It seems to be Lazarus error... I need to compile a new version to see
if it was specific or a bug of some sort... It seems that the
papr_hash_t is undefined in apr.pas, and instead of raising error on
that lazarus raised on the end of the declaration.
