[fpc-pascal] Compiling FPC 2.2.2 with 2.3.1

Try it, and you'll see that it won't work. (Because fpc-trunk doesn't
allow passing properties by reference to a procedure, which was fine
with earlier versions)

But in general: Every development version is only guaranteed to work
with the latest released version. Not the other way around.
