[fpc-pascal] Fatal Error

When I try to Compile I get an error that it is "Unable to open file C:\FPC\2.2.2\bin\i386-win32\fp.cfg" but when I go to that directory in Windows Explorer, I can find that exact file.  Any ideas on how to fix this?
