[fpc-pascal] is it safe to use v.2.2.1 for production use?

Understood. Say I'd like to apply some updates/fixes (into my v.2.2.0 
installation) but reject some other updates/fixes, then what should I 
do? SVN seems to get ALL updates/fixes.
