BeOS R5 PE - runs from a 500MB virtual partition -
http://bebits.com/app/2680
BeOS MAX - installs to a hard disk, a new version is in BETA -
http://bebits.com/app/3892

MAX is your best bet. BeOS is quite picky with hardware though. Mainly
because it hasn't been commercially developed since 1999/2000. If something
doesn't work, it's either because it's not supported, there's some kind of
IRQ conflict, you're motherboard is pretending to be "Plug and play" (turn
it off if you have the option) or your missing a driver. In the latter case,
a quick look on BeBits usually finds whether or not you're in luck.

I'd be willing to help someone get the build environment set-up. I can offer
advice etc. I don't have an intel BeOS machine at the moment, so I can't
help with compilation. All my Be boxes (Mac and BeBox) are PowerPC. As
porting FPC to BeOS for PowerPC is impossible, I'll not dwell on that ;-)
