Looking at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Object_Pascal I see there are 
different syntax for objects.

Which one does FreePascal uses?

They list:
Apple's Object Pascal
Turbo Pascal's Object Pascal
Delphi's Object Pascal
Chrome's Object Pascal
