[fpc-pascal] Wiki Syntax Highlight

If there was a petition for this, I would have signed it. We need SYNTAX 
highlithing ... :P NOW. :D

If you do so, please use Geshi :D. It's the best and I use it a lot on 
theg33ks.com in my articles.
