[fpc-pascal] Lazarus + Qt4 in FreeBSD

Den, you want screenshots? Then see...

Rebuild QT without SSE2 is a VERY long shot :D... And I disable Qt suport to
glib.
After disable this, lazarus + QT + FreeBSD works, with some bugs and slow
startup, but works!
