[fpc-pascal] presenting fpunit test results

Sorry, I got side tracked with work requirements. Who decided there
must only be 24 hours in a day! :-)
I already have most of the timing results implemented, just need to
rework the way the Text TestRunner uses the XML output. I will finish
it in this week.
