[fpc-pascal] SOAP

Hi,

How can I use SOAP in FPC to consume a WebService? I found the
WebService ToolKit, from Inoussa OUEDRAOGO, but it is for Lazarus
(http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/Web_Service_Toolkit).

The WebService ToolKit uses TLResource class from Lazarus (LResources
unit), because this I can't compile in FPC.
