[fpc-pascal] Delphi collaborates FPC?

Maybe a third party can distribute a commercial version of FreePascal / Lazarus and share profits
with the FPC community/team. Just like many linux distributions do (think of something like
RedHat, Debian, etc.).
My opinion.
