FPC can be comparable with command line compiler of Delphi 7. D2005-6
compile C/C++ (CBuilder) code among other features raise complexity, which
are not FPC tasks.

It seems that all previously produced compiled code left in memory, even if
it is not needed anymore. If that is true, small reorganization may be
helpful.

Older comuters use memory type is not available anymore, which force
replacing all hardware. Extra cost $750-1500 per developer.
