[fpc-pascal] Lazarus and FPC Wiki integration

Hi,

About a week ago there was a discussion named "Lazarus and FPC
integration" on the fpc mailing list.

Now I'd like to propose an effective measure to integrate more FPC and
Lazarus: Integrate the Wikies.

I think this offers the following advantages:

- Puts all wiki documentation on one place improving the quality and
amount of information of both.

- Makes it easy for beginners to find the information they are looking
for. If there are two wikies they might not know about the existence
of one of them or not know on witch one to look for.

- Makes clear that FPC and Lazarus work well together =)

The main page will have to be redesigned to accomodate both.
