[fpc-pascal] FPC version 2.0.0 officially released.

What do we OS X types need to know about the "Free Pascal for Xcode 
Integration Kit," in relation to version 2.0.0 of FPC? If we have 
installed version 1.1 of the Integration Kit previously (e.g., for FPC 
1.9.8) are we OK to proceed with FPC 2.0.0?
