Strange, because I did a 'make alldist' yesterday and uploaded all 
docs for the 2.0 release. All is committed and tagged.

It is. 
You can remove many of the warnings by removing the --warn-no-node option
in the Makefile. (I need it for updating, as you can imagine...)
