This is a combination of two problems: fv/test contains a platform.inc which is
newer than that which was used to compiled the drivers and the fvcommon unit.
Further, the fv units in 2.0.0 aren't compiled with -Ur so the compiler tries to
recompile them because of the platform.inc.
Workaround: rename the the platform.inc in fv/test to plat.inc or something like
this and change the $i directive in the test app source and build the testapp with
make testapp.exe
