[fpc-pascal]Fpc and DevPas Problems

I know this may not be the correct place for my problem, any directions
would be gratefully accepted.  I installed DevPas and Gnu Pascal then just
tried to compile and execute the 'default' program that it came with.  I
keep getting a compile failure with the error "error in resource file".

Is anyone familiar with this setup?  I'd sure appreciate any help.
