[fpc-pascal]ARM cross-compiling error

The current compiler in CVS is not stable and not recommended unless you
want to help debugging it. Currently 1.9.4 is the recommended compiler for
all users for i386 and powerpc.

The other platforms supported in the current cvs version (sparc,arm and
x86_64) are not stable and not supported yet.
