[fpc-pascal]udp file transfer

Hi all!,

I'm working on a file transfer application for my company. It will be a small win32 app that will transfer (huge) mpeg files through a satelite link. Since the latency is high, i'm planning to use UDP. 

Any code/units/pointers highly appreciated.
