[fpc-pascal]How to get GMT time?

Hello,

  I just found that there're some functions in glibc:
  struct tm * gmtime(const time_t * t);
  tme_t timegm(strut tm *tp);
  char * asctime(struct tm *tp);
  char * ctime(struct tm *tp);

   Is there counterpart for them in fpc? If not, how
can I use them?
