[fpc-pascal]Where is fpdoc?

Dear all, I have been looking for a javadoc-clone for pascal. I found pasdoc,
but it seems to be abandoned, and it has a few "features" I would rather live
without :-). Somewhere on the mailinglists I noted that FreePascal uses a tool
called fpdoc. However I am not able to find it anywhere, not even in CVS...
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
