Yes. 

Afaik there is only one problem, the signal to exception conversion
doesn't work nice, which causes guarding against e.g. division by zero (via
exceptions) to fail sometimes.

Some header packages might not be fully tested, but generally such bugs can
be killed quickly when found.

NetBSD and OpenBSD also work, but are beta quality. Not much except core
functionality has been tested.
