[fpc-pascal]IDE hangs

The linux IDE is also stable. Only since the last highlighter updates it
sometimes crashes with a rte 213 when you are inserting a comment and it
has to recalc the highlightings

Under Win98 you need to use the Go32v2 version. That is much faster and
more stable.
