I am using the sockets-unit to retrieve data from a
server. I am using text-files for Reading/Writing
to the socket. In general, this works great here, but
sometimes (when reading) I get some additional (!) chars
surrounded or nearby #13.

I have read about the unfixed bug 1694. This seems to
be similiar.

Is there a possibilty for a workaround? Maybe with native
kernel-calls? Can somebody lead me to a source to learn
more about that?

I have also tried the untyped file possibilty for Reading/
Writing a socket, but this totally failed with RT-Errors
101 and 6.

P.S.: Thank you Skelet for "Shutdown, fdclose". Works great.
