TIA,
Does anyone know of a Pascal library or set of routines to deal with
variable length records on disk? I'm looking for something like
Turbopower's B-Tree Filer's ability to R/W/U the data itself and also keep
indexes for fast random access.
I'd just get the Turbopower package, but, I've not got the money right now
and would like to reduce my database size by keeping the data, each record,
only as big as it needs to be.
Thanks.

Get off couch, Ottawa tells overweight kids
Last Updated Fri, 05 Apr 2002 23:22:23
EDMONTON - Canadian children are increasingly overweight and that spells
trouble for the country's medical system, Health Minister Anne McLellan
says. She wants kids to get off the couch and out the door. The minister has
her work cut out for her, according to Sue Varano, who teaches at St.
Cyprian Catholic School in Toronto. "They spend a lot of time in front of
the TV, also playing video games, less time playing outside."
