If you'd like to patch the names you need to change the constants in glib,
gdk, gtk and so on. I think the name of the constants are  gliblib, gtklib
and gdklib. Then simply compile it like a normal program.

But if you are interrested in a gtk2 unit have a look at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/gtk2forpascal/ . It's not complete, yet but
it's promising ;-)

You probably want the latest version from cvs. The tarball is a bit
outdated.
