[fpc-pascal]Linux IDE can`t find units

I installed the linux rpm packages, including docs and ide. I also added 
the directory of the linux units in the options/directory menu item. The 
path to the units is /usr/lib/fpc/1.0.6/units/linux/ but when I try to 
compile an svgalibtest source the ide can`t find the svgalib unit, whilst 
it is actually in the dir specified. I looked at the verbose compile 
output and it seems to want to use the unit source files too, svgalib.pp 
or svgalib.pas, which I currently donh`t have. This is a bit odd as I do 
have the compiled units, I wonder why it needs the source.
