 Thanks for your report. It got probably corrupted on the master site 
recently and mirrored from there afterwards. It's fixed on the master 
now, propagation to mirrors might take some more time. Should you 
have problems with downloading it from the master site due to the 
limit on anonymous accesses, and not want to wait for propagation, 
you can download it from Hobbes as an alternative solution.
