Please note that due to the recent release of Warcraft III, E-mail messages
sent to support at blizzard.com may be delayed. The messages are automatically
scanned for keywords and phrases that pertain to our most frequently
encountered issues. Auto responses are sent in an effort to quicken our
response time, and many customers receive the information they need much
more quickly than would be possible without the use of an automated
response.

If you are experiencing problems with a Blizzard Entertainment game, please

Automated Phone Support:
This is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by dialing (949) 955-1382.
When you hear the message, press 2 on your touch-tone phone.

Online Chat:
If you have an active Internet connection you can log onto Battle.net using
the Blizzard Entertainment game you purchased and chat with a live Technical
Support Representative.

Once you have connected to Battle.net on the USWest realm, join the channel
"Blizzard Tech Support". Blizzard Entertainment Representatives will never
ask for your CD-Key or Account Password. Never give out your CD-Key or
Account Password no matter how authentic a person sounds.

Blizzard Entertainment Technical support Representatives appear in the
Battle.net channel "Blizzard Tech Support", on the USWest realm from 10 am
to 12 pm and again from 2 pm to 6 pm Pacific Time and have either a Blue
Blizzard Icon as their game icon, or a man in Plate-mail Armor with a Blue
Cape in Diablo II. Remember no Blizzard Entertainment Representative will
ask for your CD-Key or your Account Password.
