[fpc-pascal]Random

In case you are intersted in random nos, attached is an improved rand no
generator + test program for fpc, based on the mersenne twister... see the
references. We are considering using this as a better? or alternate rand no
generator in fpc...but at present the one in the source is a more convention
algorithm.
