[fpc-pascal]DJGPP

Sorry, I meant "h2pas", and this comes out with every FPC/GO32 
distribution (possibly others).

But as Marco checked out, even if you h2pas the Seal API, you may not 
get successful, due to the fact that Seal uses DLX...
