[fpc-pascal]Source for a simple html-server

Hi,

has anybody implemented a small simple html-server, running
with Win xx in free-Pascal ?
I try to write a small program that reads some data
from the serial port and shows it as html. I need no
common cgi Interface, i can handle this cgi-stiff in the
program itself. Any source ore maybe ideas ?
The problem is that i worked until now only with fpc
on Linux. So i have no experience yet with fpc-Win.
Ore any Delphi examples ? Maybe i can port it.
