[fpc-pascal]how to get from CVS

Hi,

sorry if this is a bit off-topic but I'll like to know which commands I have
to use under WinCVS (Win2k SP3) to get the sources from CVS.

I'll like to get the Compiler, RTL, FCL and Packages.

And then how do I do to keep it uptodate?
