[fpc-pascal]Unit process, example testproc.pp, and identifier poExecuteOnCreate

Using the 1.0.6 release, an attempt to compile example program
C:\pp\examples\fcl\testproc.pp results in the complaint:
testproc.pp(19,34) Error: Identifier not found POEXECUTEONCREATE

What am I missing here?  Where is this identifier defined?
