[fpc-pascal]Sablopas 0.7 available

Hello everybody,

Sablopas is now 0.7. Sablopas is an Object Pascal wrapper for Sablotron, an
XSLT/Xpath library written in C++. Runs under Linux, Windows and must work
with BSD.  Works also with Delphi / Kylix.

New : Dom Level 2 implementation (need completion), Xpath support,
TDomNodeset object, better scheme support (relative URI, scheme alias), Curl
Proxy enhancements.....

Feel free to comment, send bug report, write code ...

If someone can add the necessary switch for BSD, test it and send me the
modified unit it would be cool.
