[fpc-pascal]freepascal on win2k

i got it to work with the version i have... in win2k - if you turn of
quickedit mode on the shortcut it works.  discard old duplicates was my
mistake, i was confused between my NT and win2k machines.  heh.

i am currently using 0.9.1 from 2001/01/14.

   Just a word to precise, only the v1.0.5 snapshot
is corrected for win2000 mouse problem,
the patch is not yet merged inot the main branch.

   Thus, fi you want to test, you need to download the
/snapshot/v10/win32/idew32.zip
from one of the freepascal related ftp servers.
