[fpc-pascal]CPU package update

Hello all,

    ... somehow the new release didn't get uploaded yesterday (same goes for the
page update)- and that the new cpu package is rel2rev16 not rel2rev15.... sorry
for that.
This has been fixed and counterchecked.
