[fpc-pascal]Missing libpanel.a Library after a SuSE 7.1 Update

Hello List,

I Updated my Linux Server on the weekend (from SuSE 7.0 --> 7.1)
and noticed that some of my programms were not compliling
anymore.  A backup shows that the library
"/usr/lib/libpanel.a"
was removed with the update!

yet "/usr/lib/libpanel.so.4" and
 "/usr/lib/libpanel.so.5" are there.

These librarys doesn't work!


Does anyone know how to correct to probem other
than just copying the old library file back to
/usr/lib
