AFAIK, you cannot do this, under Win32. This is not an FPC limitation, but
a limitation of Win32. You need to write a device-driver (VxD) for direct
port access. 

I'm not that good in Win32 programming, so maybe i'm wrong, but the Win32
ppl will fix me for sure, in that case.
